The heart of the mozzarella; the outer casing is solid cheese, while the inside is soft, creamy stracciatella. We believe we offer the best burrata in Southern California.
“Pecorino al Tartufo” is a semi-soft Italian sheep's milk cheese infused with a good amount of black truffle mushrooms. It has a buttery, earthy flavor enhanced with the perfect aroma of truffles.
Made with aged balsamic vinegar sourced from Modena, and sweet cipolline onions from Calabria. You will immediately taste the full flavor of the cheese, followed by the tangy balsamic and sweet cipolline. The two distinct flavors work together without overpowering the other.
Sensational with a cold beer, this cow's milk cheese has a smoky brown rind and a creamy, buttery interior. Fantastic for snacking with fruit, sausage, great in a sandwich, or even better paired with meat on the grill!
Creamier than sharp blue cheese, our Gorgonzola is a young, blue mold cheese made from cow’s milk. Tangy and crumbly with a unique marbling, this cheese is a beautiful addition to any charcuterie board and tastes great with figs, prosciutto and honey. It is also perfection on top of burgers, chicken or steak.
A refined artisan cheese, Manchego hails from milk of the Manchega sheep. Fostered on the pastures of Spain, this semi-hard cheese is loved by everyone from kids to foodies. It has a delicate balance of buttery, creamy, and nutty flavor and is fantastic on a hearty cracker with a full bodied Malbec. *We typically offer two ages of Manchego; 4 months and 12 months. Please ask which one we have.
